To support students who have demonstrated leadership, service, academic excellence, and a commitment and involvement within Phi Eta Sigma. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduate students; be inducted into Phi Eta Sigma prior to December 31, before one year; be an active member of Phi Eta Sigma at the local chapter and/or national level. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria; high scholastic record with a recommended minimum; 3.5 cumulative gpa; participation in local chapter activities; evidence of creative ability; potential for success in chosen field. How to apply: Application must be submit requires students respond to a series of essay questions that includes: Phi Eta Sigma involvement; academic plans; involvement and awards; service; (optional) three letters of recommendation.
