Qualifications: Applicants must be Phi Upsilon Omicron members; must be advanced graduate; applicant must have completed at least half the credit-hour requirements toward the doctorate in some area of family and consumer sciences and have had several years of successful employment in the profession. Selection criteria: Selection will be based upon applicant scholastic record; honors and recognitions; participation in honor society, professional, community, and other organizations; scholarly work; statement of professional goals; and recommendations.
