To recognize and support outstanding graduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in the Department of Food Science at the Pennsylvania State University, as well as to promote and enhance the knowledge and image of the confectionery industry. Qualifications: Applicants must be individuals that have earned an undergraduate degree, have some confectionery experience and are interested in furthering their education. Selection criteria: Selection will be selected based on their academic achievements and potential in the field of food science. Focus: Food science and technology.
