To help full-time entering college students with educational expenses. Qualifications: Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, 17 years of age or older, who will be entering full-time studies at an accredited postsecondary institution that offers bachelor degrees. Selection criteria: Selection based on the criteria set forth in the requirements section and documents reviewed by a panel. How to apply: Application must contain completed form and a copy each of the applicant's government-issued photo identification and of the results from admission test/s (SAT and/or ACT). Focus: General studies/Field of study not specified.
