To encourage the sons and daughters of farmworkers to purse MBA degrees and in turn, develop more leaders who will channel resources to the U.S. farm working community. Qualifications: Applicants must be sons and daughters of U.S. Based Farmworkers applying to a graduate business school program within 3 years.
