To support students from Western Harnett High School and Harnett Central High School who plan to pursue four-year college degrees. Qualifications: Applicants must have excelled scholastically, who have a financial need, and who have demonstrated a history of community service during their high school career; one is to be a graduating senior from Western Harnett high school and one from Harnett Central high school; attend a four-year college or university; take part in community service and school activities and submit a list of such service and activities to the club's scholarship committee; attend at least one meeting of the Rotary Club of Lillington during the year in which applicants receive the award and briefly speak to the club about applicants aspirations, applicants college, and community service experiences.
