To assist traditional and non-traditional students in Wisconsin or Minnesota who otherwise may not have the opportunity to pursue post-secondary education due to changing life circumstances and financial constraints. Qualifications: Applicants must be traditional and non-traditional students who otherwise may not have the opportunity to attend a public post-secondary school in MN or WI due to challenging life circumstances and financial constraints; graduating senior or non-traditional student seeking scholarship to attend any public WI or MN college (technical, community, university); must reside in one of the following counties: Burnett, Pierce, Polk, St. Croix [in WI] or Chisago, Washington [in MN]; student seeking a scholarship to attend: Century College, Metropolitan State University or Northwood Technical College.
