To support the education of students from California. Qualifications: Applicants must be young adults in San Diego County (up to age 24); have been in the foster care system; planning to attend an accredited two-year college, four-year university, or licensed trade/vocational school in the U.S.; have a minimum of 2.50 GPA on a 4.0 scale; demonstrated financial need; and involved in serving the community through extra-curricular activities, community service, or work experience. Selection criteria: Awards are given based on the application materials. How to apply: Applicants may visit the website to verify the application process and other pieces of information.
