To help offset the financial burden for a student’s entire undergraduate career. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or adults (ages 18 or over) who reside in Lemon Grove; plan to attend an accredited four-year public university, community college, licensed career/ technical school or regional occupational program in San Diego County in fall; have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale; must be United States citizens or permanent residents. Selection criteria: Scholarship selection committees will consider the information in application, including activities, academics, financial need and personal statements. How to apply: Applicants must submit application form also FAFSA or CA Dream Act and Student Aid Report (SAR). Focus: General studies/Field of study not specified.
