To help offset the financial burden for a student’s entire undergraduate career. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors who are or have been in foster care or reside at San Pasqual; plan to attend a four-year university, community college or licensed career/technical school in the United States in fall; have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale; be United States citizens; current college students (undergraduate or graduate) adult re-entry students attending four-year universities, community colleges or career/technical schools; current residence in San Diego County (for at least one year). Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee and activities, academics, financial need and personal statements.
