To provide a bursary to a full-time or part-time Saskatchewan student enrolled in a library and information technician program. Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled in a library and information technology program in Canada and has completed at least one semester; preference will be given to candidates who are residents of Saskatchewan and/or have strong Saskatchewan connections. Selection criteria: Recipient is chosen based on a combination of excellence in academic standing, a letter of recommendation from a faculty member in the program, and a commitment to work in Saskatchewan as explained in a cover letter. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; a cover letter that includes applicant connection to Saskatchewan and/or applicants commitment to working in Saskatchewan; official transcripts from applicants academic institution; and a reference letter from a faculty member of applicants academic institution. Focus: Library and archival sciences.
