To support a female student from the greater New Orleans area who plans to pursue undergraduate education. Qualifications: Applicant must be a female graduating senior, high school graduate, or current undergraduate who attended high school in Orleans or Jefferson Parish in Louisiana; must be enrolled or plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university for the upcoming academic year; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Selection criteria: Selection criteria include academic performance, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, statement of education and career goals and objectives, unusual personal or family circumstances, and financial need.
