To help Philadelphia area students attain undergraduate degrees. Qualifications: Applicants must be high school seniors who are residents of one of the counties or current undergraduate students attending school in one of the counties, who plan to enroll in part-time or full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year; have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent) or higher; Delaware counties: Kent and New Castle; New Jersey counties: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, or Salem; Pennsylvania counties: Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, or Philadelphia. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities and honors, work experience, statement of educational and career goals and objectives, unusual personal or family circumstances, and online recommendation.
