To support ELL students who plan to pursue undergraduate education. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who has been enrolled as an English Language Learner (ELL) at some point during their K-12 education; must plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the upcoming academic year. Selection criteria: Selection criteria include academic performance, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, statement of educational and career goals and objectives, and a signed letter from applicant's ELL administrator or teacher on school district letterhead indicating dates of ELL program attendance.
