Qualifications: Applicant must have resided in Clarion County, PA, during their senior year of high school; must be planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university or vocational-technical school for the upcoming academic year. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academics, work experience, participation and leadership in school and community activities, unusual personal or family circumstances, statement of educational and career goals, and online recommendation.
