Qualifications: Applicant must be a resident of Clarion Borough, in Clarion County, PA, and its environment; must be planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college or university or vocational-technical school for the upcoming academic year; must demonstrate financial need. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academics, work experience, participation and leadership in school and community activities, unusual personal or family circumstances, statement of educational and career goals, and online recommendation.
