To provide funding to young investigators focused on studying or enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with AIDS or HIV infection. Qualifications: Applicants must be SGIM members (both associates and full members), students, degree candidates, fellows, or faculty members who are early in their research careers; grant is open to a wide variety of research projects with the potential to improve the lives and healthcare of individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
