To recognize research that most benefits or enhances scientific understanding of reproduction in agriculturally important species. Qualifications: Applicants must be qualifying SSR Trainee Members, regardless of country of origin. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee's criteria. How to apply: Applicants must submit an abstract online for presentation at the annual meeting, abstract must be based on work performed primarily by the applicants and must relate to the goal of benefiting or enhancing the understanding of reproduction in agriculturally important species; while submitting the abstract online, applicants must have checked "Yes" in the "SSR Trainee Merit Award" section and then checked the box for USDA-NIFA-AFRI Trainee Merit Award. Focus: Agricultural sciences; Medical research.
