To support the research of surgeons whose works involve the basic science that underlies a surgical disease. How to apply: Must submit application online using the submission system. Applicant must download and print a hard-copy of the Award Authorizations Form which will verify various institutional requirements and approvals. A completed Award Authorization form must be submitted via mail to the Society offices prior to the application deadline. Focus: Surgery.
