To help women achieve full potential in careers as engineers and leaders, expand the image of the engineering profession as a positive force improving the quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity. Qualifications: Applicants must under-represented groups, disabled candidates, community college, veterans, or candidates with financial need preferred; minimum GPA: 3.0. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academic preparation, extracurricular activities, and future potential success in engineering.
