Qualifications: Applicant must be a person who identifies as female/women; must be an SWE member with a major in automotive, electrical, or mechanical engineering and in their sophomore year of undergraduate studies; must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and show leadership potential. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academic preparation, extracurricular activities, and future potential success in engineering.
