Award: $5,000

To support, develop, and promote the educational advancement of LGBTQ youth and young people of color. Qualifications: Applicant should be LGBTQ youth or young adult of color who has attained a cumulative high school or college GPA of at least 2.5; has a high school diploma or GED; are enrolled at a U.S. located, accredited college or university as a full-time student; has submitted the FAFSA by the deadline; and meets the Federal Pell Grant eligibility criteria. How to apply: Applicants should complete online application and submit two letters of recommendation. Award winners must be available for photo/video shoot to receive the award, and must also be available to attend the SOULE Foundation Gala. Focus: General studies/Field of study not specified.
