Award: $2,500
To provide academic scholarships and technical/trade school scholarships. Qualifications: Applicants must be SMA members; must be university, college, community college, or junior college students as well as trade and technical school students; must be employees or dependents of someone employed by a SMA member company in good standing. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on personal narrative and financial need. How to apply: Applicant must submit a fully completed online application along with: Personal Narrative; Two Letters of Recommendation; Academic Transcript; Recent Photograph; all requirements must be fully met in order for an application to be considered.
