To assist graduates of Stark County high schools or individuals who have been Stark County residents for at least five years. Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled as a full-time student at Otterbein University or Walsh University, having completed at least one year of undergraduate studies; pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in business; maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. Graduate students will be considered before undergraduates; must be accepted or enrolled in an accredited institution in the United States. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee criteria.
