To assist graduates of Conotton Valley or Carrollton High Schools planning to enroll, or currently enrolled, at an accredited college or university. Qualifications: Students pursuing a degree in higher education who either reside or attended high school in Stark or Carroll county; students must be accepted or enrolled in an accredited institution in the United States; students must be a 2- or 4-year undergraduate programs. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee's criteria.
