To assist Hoover High School graduates planning to pursue a four-year degree program in any field of study. Qualifications: Applicants must have above-average accomplishment in high school, demonstrate financial need and have good moral and personal characteristics; must be accepted or enrolled in an accredited institution in the United States. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria.
