To assist Stark County residents, specifically, graduating seniors of Perry High School or alumni who plan to attend an institution of higher learning. Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled, or will be enrolled as full-time students and must be planning to pursue a degree in the field of business or education; must be accepted or enrolled in an accredited institution in the United States. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria.
