Qualifications: Applicants must be high school seniors and graduates of Conotton Valley High School; must be accepted or enrolled in an accredited institution in the United States. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on: above-average accomplishment in high school; participation in extracurricular activities; good moral and personal characteristics; demonstrated financial need.
