To recognize outstanding academic performance record and/or who are in need of financial assistance to pursue a degree in library science to become a librarian. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduate and undergraduate students of library science and is available to Stark County residents; must be accepted or enrolled in an accredited institution in the United States. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on committee criteria.
