To assist Stark County residents who are graduates of a high school either inside or outside Stark County or are not Stark County residents who are graduates of a high school in Stark County. Qualifications: Applicant must be a full-time student and have achieved a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; applicant will have been accepted into a post-secondary institution with plans to major in law enforcement; must be accepted or enrolled in an accredited institution in the United States. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee's criteria.
