To provide scholarship assistance to dependent children of non-physician employees of US Acute Care Solutions and/or affiliate companies. Qualifications: Applicants must have been accepted by or are attending a two-year or four-year college or university, nursing school, or other post-high school vocational program; applicants may be graduating seniors or previous high school graduates. Criteria is based on: achievement of a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale and demonstrated outstanding involvement in academics, extracurricular and community activities; must be accepted or enrolled in an accredited institution in the United States. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the committee's criteria.
