To support the education of students who have a history of childhood cancer. Qualifications: Applicants must be current year high school graduates who have had childhood cancer and are residents of Colorado and Montana; high school grade point average (GPA). Selection criteria: Selection will be based on high school grade point average and how the applicant answers the two questions given in the application. How to apply: Applicants must be submit online application form; include copy of transcript; SAT or ACT test scores; information provided by the doctor, who directed treatment, in one of the required letters of reference submitted. Focus: General studies/Field of study not specified.
