To provide scholarship for full-time undergraduate college students. Qualifications: Applicants must be any student in good standing (minimum grade point average of 3.0) who will be pursuing an initial degree at an accredited, two-year or four-year college or university in the United States or Canada as a full-time freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior and who is either: the child, grandchild, or spouse of an employee of a TCA member company; the child, grandchild, or spouse of an independent contractor or an independent contractor affiliated with a TCA member company; a current employee of a TCA member company.
