Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduating senior from Smackover High School in Arkansas who plans to pursue postsecondary education. Selection criteria: Selection criteria include financial need, academic merit, and leadership abilities. How to apply: Application must be completed through the online portal. Applicant must submit cumulative high school transcript through the most recent term; two letters of recommendation, one from a school official and one from an adult other than a family member; a single page typewritten essay on the applicant’s involvement or leadership role in activities relating to school or community enhancement.
