Qualifications: Applicant must be an African American graduating senior from El Dorado High School in Arkansas; must plan to pursue postsecondary education. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academic merit, character, and financial need. How to apply: Application must be completed through the online portal. Applicant must submit cumulative high school or college transcript through the most recent term which must include either ACT or SAT scores. Focus: General studies/Field of study not specified.
