To support Union County students pursuing graduate degrees in Arkansas. Qualifications: Applicant must be a graduate of a high school in Union County, Arkansas; must be pursuing a postgraduate degree in Arkansas. Selection criteria: Selection criteria include, but are not limited to, academic performance, financial need, leadership ability, and recommendations from instructors. Preference given to students pursuing law degrees. How to apply: Application must be completed through the online portal. Applicant must submit a cumulative college or law school transcript through the most recent term; a Financial Information Summary; two letters of recommendation, one from a college instructor, and one from an adult other than a family member; and a one-to-two page essay.
