To provide a scholarship to deserving graduate and soccer players pursuing postsecondary education. Qualifications: Applicant must be graduating seniors from El Dorado High School in Arkansas; must have participated in soccer and demonstrated enthusiasm and ability on the soccer field; must have a minimum 3.2 GPA. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academic merit and financial need. How to apply: Application must be completed through the online portal. Applicant must submit cumulative high school or college transcript through the most recent term which must include either ACT or SAT scores; two letters of recommendation, one from a school official and one from an adult other than a family member; a single page typewritten essay that relates the student’s educational and career goals.
