To support the education of the relatives or dependents of USAWOA members. Qualifications: Applicants should be association regular members in good standing, their spouses and their children (natural and adopted) and stepchildren; must be in their senior year of high school or higher and plan to attend, or continue their education, in an accredited American college/university, vocational technical institution on a full time basis. The school must be a degree or certificate granting institution. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on board. How to apply: Applicants must be submit a complete application packet consisting of: the application form (typewritten format); an essay (800-1000 words, include word count) on educational goals; special circumstances which may affect the applicants' school attendance; list of extracurricular activities; a recommendation letter (from instructor, faculty advisor, etc.); National Test Scores, SAT, ACT, etc.; and a 4x6 photograph (view head and shoulders).
