To provide financial support to deserving students in Alaska who want to pursue an education in any campus of the University of Alaska. Qualifications: Applicants must be full-time students attending at any UA campus (whether at Fairbanks, at Anchorage, or at Southeast) who have been residents of Alaska for at least two years. Selection criteria: Selection will be awarded on the basis of both scholastic ability and need; preference will be given to applicants majoring in accounting, economics, law or business. How to apply: Applicants must complete the application form available at the website; must attach a personal essay, two letters of recommendation, and current transcripts.
