Sturgulewski Family Scholarship

Award: $500

To provide financial assistance for tuition and other related educational expenses to the University of Alaska Anchorage students majoring in the areas of Journalism, Engineering, Teacher Education, or Nursing. Qualifications: Applicants must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 for undergraduates and 3.0 for graduates; must be formally admitted into a Journalism, Engineering, or Education undergraduate, graduate, certificate, and/or vocational degree-seeking program at the University of Alaska Anchorage; must be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time (twelve credits for undergraduate and nine credits for graduate) at the University of Alaska Anchorage. Selection criteria: Selection of applicants will be based on their demonstrated motivation, talent, academic, and leadership potential. How to apply: Application must be completed online.
