UC MEXUS Scholars in Residence Program - Recent University Graduates

To provide an opportunity for individuals to establish themselves and broaden the research or activities initiated in the last phase of their graduate career or to expand on activities begun as postgraduates. Qualifications: Applicants must be researchers, artists, or scholars within 5 years of receiving their graduate degree (PhD, MA, MS or MFA). Selection criteria: Selection will be based on the submitted application materials. How to apply: Applications require a short prospectus (no more than 3 pages) indicating what the fellows hopes to accomplish with respect to their career development during the residency, how they expects to interact with the UCR campus community, and what the specific end products will be. Include a current curriculum vitae and request three letters of recommendation to be sent independently to the Director of Academic Programs. Fellows must provide proof health insurance prior to beginning their residency. Focus: General studies/Field of study not specified.
