Qualifications: Applicant must be a Vermont resident; current high school senior; must be seeking an undergraduate degree at an accredited school in Vermont that is approved for federal Title IV funding; must be enrolled full-time; have a 3.5 cumulative GPA; must demonstrate financial need and school/community service. Selection criteria: Selection is based on academic achievement; recommendation letter; essay; and financial need.
