To provide scholarships to Forsyth County nursing students who will practice nursing in Forsyth County. Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of Forsyth County, NC; must be pursuing a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in nursing; must be planning to be a nurse in Forsyth County. Selection criteria: Recipients will be selected based on the committee's review of applications. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; student aid report after completing the FAFSA form; high school transcript through December of senior year and any college transcripts; contact information for someone to provide a recommendation.
