To provide scholarships to Forsyth County residents who are pursuing nursing degrees. Qualifications: Applicants must be residents of Forsyth County, NC, pursuing associate or bachelor's degrees in nursing. Selection criteria: Recipients will be selected based on the committee's review of applications. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; student aid report after completing the FAFSA form; high school transcript through December of senior year and any college transcripts; contact information for someone to provide a recommendation.
