To provide scholarships for Forsyth county residents pursuing nursing degrees at Forsyth Technical Community College. Qualifications: Applicants must be a resident of Forsyth County, Clemmons, Kernersville, Pfafftown, Walkertown, or Winston-Salem, NC; must be attending Forsyth Technical Community College and pursuing associate or bachelor's degrees in nursing. Selection criteria: Recipients will be selected based on the committee's review of applications. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; student aid report after completing the FAFSA form; high school transcript through December of senior year and any college transcripts; contact information for someone to provide a recommendation. Focus: Nursing.
