To provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors from a Forsyth county public high school, who have excelled in at least one varsity sport. Qualifications: Applicants must be graduating seniors from a public high school in Forsyth County, NC; must have participated in at least one varsity sport in high school; must be pursing professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degrees. Selection criteria: Recipients will be selected based on the committee's review of applications. How to apply: Applicants must submit online application form; student aid report after completing the FAFSA form; high school transcript through December of senior year and any college transcripts; contact information for someone to provide a recommendation.
