Qualifications: Applicants must be students from the counties of Davie, Forsyth, Surry, Wilkes, and Yadkin in NC; must be at least 21 years of age; must be pursuing professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degrees. Selection criteria: Recipients will be selected based on the committee's review of applications.
