To provide educational assistance to relatives of Army Service Women. Qualifications: Applicants must be a United States citizen; must be graduating from high school, showing academic promise, with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale; applicants must plan to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited college or university in pursuit of a degree course of study; applicants must be a descendent of a Army female veteran (living or deceased) that has served or is serving in the U.S. Army, army reserve or army national guard whether direct or through marriage (descendent, step or adopted).
