To support students majoring in art or art history. Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college or university; must be majoring in art or art history; must have completed his or her first year of study with a grade point average of at least 3.0 or greater; YAA Trustees, their families or designees who make candidate recommendations are not eligible to participate in this program. Selection criteria: Selection will be based on educational and career goals, proof of eligibility, and references familiar with the applicant's ability and aspirations. How to apply: Applicants must submit an application letter including a description of their educational and career goals, names and telephone numbers of two or three references familiar with their ability and aspirations, and proof of eligibility in the form of an official transcript or a letter indicating good standing from the department chair or advisor if the institution does not use a GPA grading system. Focus: Art; Art history.
