Scholarship for education Qualifications:  Scholarship eligibility is for someone going to a higher institution of learning (college, trade school, etc.) Resides in the PSC CSI physical area and/or who attends a school within the same area. PSC extends from Seattle North to the border along the I-5 corridor or Southeast along the I-90/82 corridor through Yakima County. Much of the southern portions are in Native American lands and northeastern portions are in National and State Parks. A map is provided on the application form. Selection criteria: 1. Applicant meets form submittal requirements. 2. Applicant appears qualified. 3. Applicant has a need. How to apply: Obtain application, follow instructions, submit by USPS mail or email to the addresses on the form. Focus: Construction related.
